It’s a good question: if you prefer organic food, shouldn’t you apply the same standard to wine? Taking inspiration from the likes of Avondale Wine Farm and Spier’s Eight Restaurant this tour takes you to the lesser-known estates and wine makers who are putting planet and people first in the production of excellent wine. The tour includes visits to ‘garagiste’ (ultra small-scale) winemakers of renown.
