A name like Glen Foxcroft Williams gives the air of a Victorian gentleman inventor but this Foxcroft, owner and chef at his eponymous restaurant, looks more like a bare-knuckle boxer you don’t want to mess with. Behind the rough and ready exterior is an inventive and delicate culinary mind, creating SA’s first plant-based set menu and wonderfully light tasting dishes in a modern and minimalist café-style environment.
