The cliché ‘defying categorisation’ applies so readily to Fyn: the creation of chef Peter Tempelhof, it’s both Asian (Japanese) and African (South) in inspiration. Distinctly modern, with a boundary-crossing narrative to the preparation of, presentation of and sourcing of food, the whole place is underscored by the best traditions of service and style from around the world. Not an experience to be rushed but savoured.
