What started as an ambitious agriculturalist’s veggie patch in the Hout Bay Valley, has blossomed into a three acre farm that supplies some of the best restaurants in Cape Town. Iming Lin is passionate about soil health, biodiversity and producing fresh produce for the local community in sustainable ways. Farm Open Days are fun for both young and old because you get insight into how permaculture is an effective alternative to industrial farming, while getting your hands dirty. There is also a bakery on site, and the restaurant is available for private dinners with the farm chef – call ahead to book your own unique experience.
