Two Oceans Aquarium

Endorsed by Wild Choices.org at the highest level, the Aquarium is the top attraction for locals in Cape Town and even the briefest of visits will show you why. Offering a huge variety of tanks and marine life from sharks to penguins to rays, it particularly extols the vast marine diversity of South Africa’s coastline. The highlight (for us) is the kelp forest exhibit which is the biome in which My Octopus Teacher was filmed and is utterly entrancing. We’d really recommend a dive in one of the tanks for a very reasonable rate.
